Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Tweenr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Tweenr is operated by CLS Studio from Hong Kong SAR. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.

You retain full ownership of every prompt you write, every scene you generate, and every MP4 file you export. You grant Tweenr a limited license to store your prompts and outputs on our servers solely so we can display them back to you in the editor. We do not use your prompts, code, or outputs to train AI models.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, contains sexual content involving minors, or incites violence. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause without refund.

Pro and Lite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Token top-up packs (Sip, Boost, Pour) are one-time charges that add tokens to your account; top-up tokens never expire and are not refundable except in cases of system error. A 7-day refund window applies to your first paid subscription payment; after that, refunds are at our discretion.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes affecting paid tiers, we will give at least 30 days notice via email to the address registered on your account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be fit for any particular purpose, free of errors, or uninterrupted. You are solely responsible for verifying that generated content is suitable for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweenr's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
